Tracy Chase-Thompson

Dr. Tracy Chase-Thompson grew up in Walkerton, Indiana. She first came to work at Seven Oaks Veterinary Clinic as a kennel attendant and room assistant in 1987. She worked at the clinic after school and in the summer months all through high school and undergraduate in college. In 1999, she graduated from Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine. Upon graduation, she went to work at a small animal practice for six months before coming back in 2000 as a full-time veterinarian. She worked as an associate for four years before leaving to do relief work as a veterinarian in the surrounding area. For five years, she taught at a local college for veterinary technicians in addition to relief work. In January of 2013, Dr. Richard Gschwind presented her with the opportunity to buy his half of the business at Seven Oaks Veterinary Clinic. Dr. Tracy Chase-Thompson has seen many changes in veterinary medicine here at Seven Oaks Veterinary Clinic and hopes to continue the practice philosophy of caring for not only the animals, but the clients as well. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family, fishing (relaxing on the boat, really) and reading.
